Cottage Cheese Quark

Known as Quark, this unsalted fresh cheese is a popular base for Tsatziki or any other kind of dip. Sweetened it is a well known desert in midddle and easteuropean countries, plain or with seasonal fruits, and a unique ingredient in their baking receipes, e.g. Danish pastries, German Cheese Cake and Swiss Rolls.
