Kefir
Kefir is a fermented milk beverage produced by the action of bacteria and yeast. This kefir is cultivated with freeze-dried kefir grain, kefir yeasts and lactic acid bacteria culture and contains the very beneficial Lactobacillus kefiri. Several studies have shown that kefir and its constituents have anti-microbial, anti-tumor, anti-carcinogenic and immuno-modulatory activity and also improve lactose digestion, among other benefits. This kefir is not stirred while incubated so the consistency reminds one of yogurt. There is cream on top too.
